Welcome to my Library Media Specialist home page!  There are a plethora of resources within our library and through the virtual realm. Our district provided all students and staff access to the Kentucky Virtual Library www.kyvl.org as well. I am here to help students and teachers navigate these many resources efficiently and effectively.

I want to extend to you an invitation as a Wayne County School student or parent to join the WCHS Library Google Class. Within this class you will find many of our library resources, announcements, reminders, and tools to help you accomplish your academic goals. The class code is 5myn7ym.

Currently, it is my 24th year as an employee at Wayne County High School. My first six years were taught teaching English/Language Arts and the remaining have been spent as the high school Library Media Specialist. It has been truly amazing to see our students grow and our school flourish in the past years! 

I firmly believe in education and that every human, regardless of age or status, can learn something every day! When we close our mind, attitude, and heart to learning, we are essentially refusing to live life to its fullest! I am learning more and more every day!
